The leak in your funnel

What your default search misses, Alyon sells.

Plenty of store searches find nothing, or the wrong thing. Shoppers don't retry — they leave, and nothing in your analytics says why. Same query, before and after.

Enterprise power, lean footprint

Enterprise power, packaged for lean stores.

Modern search is where the biggest retailers now capture margin — teams, cloud contracts, year-long programmes. Alyon runs the same class of engine for a Shopify store like yours, live in minutes, for one monthly price with searches included.

A Tuesday on the job

Here's a Tuesday. Notice how quiet your phone is.

Alyon makes hundreds of small decisions a day and interrupts you once — only when money is on the table.
Left: what shoppers see. Right: what you see.

06:40 · Lyon, France

Speaks the shopper's language

A shopper searches in French. Results come back in French, priced in euros, ordered by what sells in that market. Nothing to translate, nothing to set up.

Alyon actedYou: asleep
09:15 · Mobile

Reads through the typos

"runing shoos" gets running shoes, with a gentle "showing results for". If the misspelling keeps coming back, Alyon remembers it. You never write a synonym.

11:30 · Inventory

Protects conversion when a bestseller sells out

The Waxed Field Jacket runs out. Within minutes it drops to the bottom of every collection it's in — and climbs back on its own when stock returns. A quiet log entry, not a fire drill.

18:00 · The one interruption

One note, in dollars

Today's revenue from search, and the single thing worth your attention: 19 shoppers searched "gift for teacher" and found nothing — Alyon has a likely match. Tap once to show it, or don't. Everything else already happened, and every bit of it is undoable.

You: one tap

You're still the boss

Intelligence first. You stay in control.

Alyon acts first so you don't have to — never behind your back. Three ways you stay in charge, none of which need a manual.

Undo anything in one tap

Every change comes with what, why and an Undo. One tap rolls it back and tells Alyon "not that" — it won't make the same call again.

Drag to promote

Type a search, see what shoppers see, drag your pick to the top. No boost values, no rules language — the preview reorders as you go.

Pick a goal, not a formula

Tell each collection what matters this month — Balanced, Revenue, Newest, or Margin once your products carry one. Alyon works out the rest and shows you why each product sits where it does.

What it's worth

Do the maths for your store.

Two sliders, no email required. All four inputs are stated below, and every one is an assumption rather than something we have measured.

Assumptions: 30% of visitors use search · 2.5% of them order today · an assumed 25% lift from Alyon · one search each, counted the way your plan counts them. All four are figures we picked, not results we have measured. Alyon launched on the Shopify App Store in October 2026 and has no conversion-lift figure of its own yet. An estimate from four assumptions, not a forecast — your own numbers land in the app in the first week.

Pricing

One price. Searches included.

Free runs on your store's own Shopify search, with Alyon's rules, pins and undo on top. The paid plans add AI search — understanding what a shopper meant — and include a month of shopper searches in the price. Past that, a flat rate per 1,000. Billed through Shopify, changed on Shopify's plan page, cancelled the same way.

What counts as a search: a shopper's search on your store — one results page. Browsing collections, autocomplete suggestions, recommendations and your own previews in the admin are never counted.

The detail

If you want the arithmetic

What would a month actually cost?
Two worked examples, so the shape of a bill is visible rather than guessed at. Neither is a forecast for your store — your searches follow your shoppers.
A month on Growth, under the allowanceIllustrative
Growth75,000 searches included$249.00
Searches past the allowance61,200 searches this period — none past it$0.00
On your Shopify bill$249.00
A month on Starter, past the allowanceIllustrative
Starter15,000 searches included$59.00
Searches past the allowance18,400 searches this period — 3,400 past it, at $4.00 per 1,000$13.60
On your Shopify bill$72.60
A store that runs past its allowance most months usually pays less on the next plan up — Growth's 75,000 would have covered this month with room to spare. Alyon tells you when you're close and when you've gone past; it never switches anything off.
Why isn't the search engine a separate bill any more?
It used to be: a $0 platform fee plus the provider's usage passed through at cost, against a maximum you set. That was honest and it was hard to reason about — two bills, a ceiling to manage, and a switch to built-in search when you hit it. Now the plan's price covers the engine behind it. One price, searches included, and nothing for you to cap or watch. Alyon still runs the engine for you; you just don't see its bill.
What does the Free plan actually run on?
Your store's own Shopify search. Alyon's rules, pins, synonyms, change log and undo, recommended rows and a few goal-ordered collections all work on top of it — those are Alyon's, and they're yours to keep. What Free doesn't have is AI search: the part that understands "wedding guest dress under 150" as a request rather than five words. That is what the paid plans add, and it's the only thing they gate. Anywhere in the admin a control belongs to AI search, it's shown greyed with a note — never hidden.
What happens when I go past the searches my plan includes?
Searches keep working — shoppers never see a difference. The ones past your allowance are billed at your plan's rate per 1,000 on your Shopify invoice, and the count starts again when your billing period turns. You get one note when you're near, one when you've gone past, both naming the numbers. There is no cap to set, because Shopify — who bills you — has no way to hold one, and we won't draw a control we can't honour.
I've already standardised on Google — can I bring my account?
On Enterprise, yes. Your Google account, your contract. Alyon connects to it and operates above it, and never reconfigures what it didn't provision. Enterprise is a private plan — Shopify shows it to your store alone, on terms we agree with you, still billed through Shopify.
